Provident Partners, Inc., in cooperation with premier local real estate brokers, has been retained as the Exclusive Agent for the Guardian Phoenix Fund to extend the opportunity to acquire their properties.

| Summary: |

Provident Partners needed a web site to showcase its properties. They
wanted to be able to update and delete property information as new
properties became available, or as properties sold. They also
wanted the ability to provide documents to only authorized visitors.

| Behind the Scenes: |
|
Spotlight Consulting created a simple design, featuring the current
properties. Then, a back-end was created to allow the site administrator to
upload information and photos for properties, as well as update and delete
existing properties. A sign-up tool was also created, so that the site administrator
could ad, update and delete authorized members. Authorized members are automatically
emailed their login information upuon approval.
